In case of a dispute between you and Spark Nest Digital, the following procedure applies:
- (a)
The complainant must submit the complaint in writing, describing the dispute, expected outcome, and actions sought. Both parties agree to meet in good faith to resolve the issue at an initial meeting. - (b)
If the dispute involves Intellectual Property, either party may refer the matter to an agreed mediator. If no mediator is agreed upon, the complainant will request the Law Society of NSW to appoint one. Both parties must attend mediation in good faith.
